To write or not to write# p0 u8 U$ J) H- x
Writing is not easy. I do it everyday.
6 j8 x7 Y8 X# s# l! g. j* y) lAnd I can tell you, it's quite a challenge.
( Q/ M1 L$ j* L) O, ^But, the more I do it, the easier I get to just write.
5 U! A7 m7 a( B6 ]2 E: H, i, ZSometimes, that's the most difficult part starting.
+ `- s3 U) _* p% Q: R: aWhen people ask me about writing-how they can write-I often suggest they brainstorm first.
/ N: T& a) C/ G8 S: b6 [!
5 H7 m# Z4 f( ?! n) a. ^/ e: d& e9 n5 GWriting the main ideas collected to a topic, usually produces some great things.
! L1 v" S* J( i+ y/ g- i7 N$ H
If the things get organized, perhaps through an outline,1 J0 J5 j/ B7 A' d9 _
0 c/ K5 C, K- C$ Q( Byou can write something really great.& L- p' L$ f! G7 a' U$ n9 v3 C: E
; x4 h! u5 s: f$ v- K% }% JMost of the writings I do with spontaneous, I just start writing.
6 }- l# {7 i( hI just stopped and done.% s" @1 Y- }" N4 u8 I+ [
: x7 L; r' g N B8 X- Q
But I always go over what I wrote at least two times.
. X8 S, @; r1 P: o$ [2 j; j; E
The first time I go over my writing is spell-check the word,
3 e& c G0 T# Y) x) `! m3 ?7 OIt's unacceptable to deliver a piece of writing with misspelling in it.5 ]2 T$ B) {) [ k4 p
( H9 Q8 b, ^6 u& PThe second time, I actually read what I wrote aloud,+ x# Y8 {! F# Y
and add things that may I missed,
# r) t# \+ @: F2 E f) D9 wit could be a idea that seems incomplete or something else.
' w1 f& f: j/ l!
' J1 t$ @$ v g0 f! UIf you have the time, it's good to put your writing down for a little while,
6 \. d% H$ W, f! f+ a1 ?and read it again later, and to see how you like it.
7 s6 B7 G- q( \. [& e: S5 d
You may have something you wish to add or subtract.1 L2 n# J3 o' v6 y3 B1 ~
( I: j# Q- `# l$ a0 SIf you have a serious paper to write,
4 O5 `, `1 D" A7 ~; Iand you have completed all of the things I talked about,
& G6 w0 u/ t$ z2 `3 K; D, v.
: l: S4 X% f+ Sthe best thing to do-before you return your paper-is to have someone to read what you wrote and make comments on it.
% y+ K6 z' m+ f; @
There is no doubt that practice makes perfect.
+ D7 H, }4 O. u9 |: k: o0 R6 |
or at least better, so, if you want to be a better writer in Korean or English,
' s6 J' v3 l& V. h.
. ] M# r l; N* QI recommend that you write as much as you can.
