To write or not to write
6 w- \$ L+ F' r/ l拿起笔还是放下1 p2 B3 e% s! i1 F z- H
Writing is not easy. I do it everyday.
+ b) ?% d, G) d# t.
+ \; k9 H' E: N9 Z7 ]" M8 i6 k4 w7 MAnd I can tell you, it's quite a challenge.( a, C) i. C1 b: x- z4 Y) p# U
& f8 ?+ X9 q( N; HBut, the more I do it, the easier I get to just write.* U0 k& H: C( v6 s" ^
4 w, B4 \, @8 b0 A' wSometimes, that's the most difficult part starting.
/ `* \. z; \/ {* u. w! 3 o3 t7 S2 A! _! D' d: O% q; y/ X
When people ask me about writing-how they can write-I often suggest they brainstorm first. C5 s Y$ }* V$ N- s" P: U& d
# y+ o" a1 S. Y' o& \4 z# NWriting the main ideas collected to a topic, usually produces some great things.3 c; |* c" C, ^* J& \/ k
- n: z$ f7 k3 ^If the things get organized, perhaps through an outline,# ]/ d8 m' g9 B' Z6 I5 n: F
0 Q5 ]2 J! P& Y% A; Lyou can write something really great.) {. H! ]1 S( L- e t; x9 M2 ^# T
* Q9 r% H1 ^ m W
Most of the writings I do with spontaneous, I just start writing.4 l& ~% b4 M; E5 R2 E2 r
h; D+ o2 g; ^2 f
I just stopped and done.
K" z3 Y8 `+ E- |& }" w* |
But I always go over what I wrote at least two times.1 Z! L: J$ H8 }
+ e6 O/ H" K9 S& M+ A
The first time I go over my writing is spell-check the word,- d! h- U) ^: t# o; a
8 Y m; F/ ? ^. y; hIt's unacceptable to deliver a piece of writing with misspelling in it." s% f: U/ k0 f
% Y: q8 D _! l# J p3 e1 s+ S
The second time, I actually read what I wrote aloud,& w5 T# F! j3 }; {* o1 Y7 R. ~
( ]7 P/ b4 B$ S/ r3 v/ oand add things that may I missed,! R8 P4 I- L9 a a
% g5 P; P4 E) H7 [, w( _( Zit could be a idea that seems incomplete or something else.1 Y6 v$ T" D7 o6 [; W4 |1 e" f9 H
6 o. b! N- t- L1 l- S
If you have the time, it's good to put your writing down for a little while,
6 o5 ^- x8 b; w2 B, Gand read it again later, and to see how you like it.. a$ s' T3 i; [/ j7 d
0 A2 e, f7 ^- j' q3 ~# E$ K
You may have something you wish to add or subtract.4 U; O5 K s9 Y- M( M* m
" V% F% f: r( gIf you have a serious paper to write,
$ [& C# h0 f7 V. ?1 z* hand you have completed all of the things I talked about,# S9 ?0 P, ^/ `8 B
( L/ X7 K1 R" s0 Othe best thing to do-before you return your paper-is to have someone to read what you wrote and make comments on it.3 |8 i2 a( j& x9 k& `4 H
- _, Z2 s4 L( c, E6 U% l8 oThere is no doubt that practice makes perfect.8 q+ M, u) h" ~7 x% q' `
E7 g* [8 T. k/ s5 H; R" M
or at least better, so, if you want to be a better writer in Korean or English,
, w/ Z1 T3 [) P, G* R# eI recommend that you write as much as you can.3 t' F, t+ C7 h0 B
