He has obstructed the administration of justtice ,by refusing his assent of laws for establishing judiciany powers.He has made judges dependent on his will alone ,for the tenure of thier office, and the amout and payment of thier salary.He has erected a multitude of new officers, and sent hither swarns of officers to harass our people, and eat out substanles .He has kept among us, in the times of peace standing armies without the consent of our legisla tures. He has affected to render the military independent of and superior to the civil power. |
