I want to burn calories, so i make a exercise planning . I am a high shool student. In the morning ,I will get up at 6: 30 .I'm in the playground. I decide to take this sport in the 30 minutes .After lunch .i will have a walk with classmates in the playground .If i have some free time ,I may play badminton in the badminton court .I believe I 'm health do sports everyday.
